Windows 10 Wallpaper Slideshow Not Working

It's somehow funny, after restart windows switches the background exactly 1 time.

I am using windows 10. As per the description, i understand that in windows 10, the background stopped rotating and also doesn't visually change to next desktop background. I can go a week without it changing automatically.
